Pendergast is a modern neighborhood smokehouse inspired by the culture of prohibition-era Kansas City. We offer a selection of fine meats, slow-smoked over Dutch fruit wood, comforting side dishes and a seasonal rotation of fresh vegetables. We bake, smoke, pickle and slice our food fresh daily. Our drinks reflect and evolve with our food: classic cocktails with a fresh twist, quality wines, craft beers from Dutch brewers, and non-alcoholic refreshment.
